Copay Plan with Preventive Drugs +

With this type of plan, you typically pay a copay (a set amount) for your prescription drugs. Preventive drugs are usually covered at no-cost to you.

Health Savings Account (HSA) + Copay Plan +

With this type of plan, you typically have a high-deductible plan paired with an HSA. HSA preventive drugs are usually covered at no-cost to you. You would usually pay the full cost of all other prescriptions until you meet your deductible.

Once your deductible is met, you would have a copay (a set amount) until you meet your maximum out of pocket.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan with Preventive Drugs +

With this type of plan, you typically have a high-deductible plan paired with an HSA. HSA preventive drugs are usually covered at no-cost to you, while you would usually pay the full cost of all other prescriptions, until you meet your deductible.
