Virtual Care
Also known as online care, telehealth or e-visits, virtual care is a convenient way to connect with your health care provider from your computer or mobile device. You receive a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription (if needed). Virtual care may cost less and be a time-saving option for non-urgent matters.
Medica has expanded the availability of telehealth visits to include visits from a member’s home, utilization of additional technologies such as FaceTime or Skype, and audio only, for most visits, when video is not available.

Transportation Services
If you don’t have access to transportation, our Provide-A-RideSM program can help you. You may receive health care, including COVID-19 testing, dental care and other kinds of necessary medical visits. We recommend calling ahead to your health care provider or doctor before seeking medical treatment.

Medica CallLink advisors and nurses are available 24/7 to help you with your health concerns, including identifying your risk and providing recommendations for next steps for COVID-19 concerns.

You can schedule a 15-minute call with a health guide to ask questions about COVID-19, get tips on how to keep healthy and learn about additional resources. Log in to your My Health Rewards account online or on the Virgin Pulse app to schedule a call and get additional tips and resources for staying healthy.
