It’s time to make your first premium payment.

Before your coverage can start, you need to pay your first premium. Once we receive your payment, we’ll mail your Medica ID card and Welcome Kit.

Premium PaymentThe easiest way to make your first premium payment is online.

  • Use your bank account or Visa/MasterCard credit or debit card.
  • Enter your information exactly as you did on your application.
  • Enter the first 10 digits of your Medica ID number or your Social Security Number with a "0" at the end.
  • Look for a payment confirmation email from Wells Fargo.
  • Allow 3 business days for processing.

What happens next?

After your first payment is received and processed, you will  receive your Medica ID card and Welcome Kit in the mail. When your next monthly payment is due, you'll receive an invoice in the mail. If you have questions in the meantime, call Medica Customer Service at 1-888-838-4517.
