Before your coverage can start, you need to pay your first premium. Once we receive your payment, we’ll mail your Medica ID card and Welcome Kit.
The easiest way to make your first premium payment is online.
After your first payment is received and processed, you will receive your Medica ID card and Welcome Kit in the mail. When your next monthly payment is due, you'll receive an invoice in the mail. If you have questions in the meantime, call Medica Customer Service at 1-866-394-6877.

After you pay your first premium and your coverage starts, you can sign up for automatic payments on your secure member site.
