Participating in Fit Choices is simple:

Locate a participating health club below.
Visit the health club and present your Medica ID card.** Or, if your club is closed, contact your club to learn if they offer live online workout options.***
Work out at your club or through the club's live online workout class. The club tracks your visits and notifies Medica about your monthly visits.
Meet your monthly visit requirement and receive up to a $20 credit toward your monthly health club dues.

With Fit Choices, you can choose to visit national clubs with many participating locations, or you can visit local/regional clubs.

The Fit Choices by Medica program is not available with all Medica plans. Check with your employer or contact Customer Service at the number on the back of your ID card or online to find out if Fit Choices is available to you. Medica reserves the right to change program requirements at any time.

* If your monthly dues are less than $20, you'll receive credit for the amount of your dues. Up to two members per eligible Medica policy can earn the $20 credit per month with a single or family health club membership. A maximum of two $20 credits per month. Eligible members must be 18 years of age or older to receive the membership credit.

** If you are enrolled in Fit Choices and receive a new Medica ID card, check to see if your group or policy number has changed. If it has, bring your new ID card to your health club to update your account and continue receiving Fit Choices credits.

***Live instructor-led and virtual classes are eligible. The instructor will take attendance at the beginning and end of class and monitor participation. Members will be required to have their camera on throughout the entire class. Contact your club to learn if they are offering live online workout options that count toward your monthly visit requirement.
